Steam your face
Too gain a more youthful appearance it is advised to steam your face a least once per week. Pour boiling water into a bucket mixing it with cold water. Mix well until you feel the water is at the right temperature. Once done place a towel over your head and keep your head there for 20 minutes. Once done wash your face with warm water and massage a moisturiser onto your face.

Try making your own homemade facial mask, it is a much cheaper and much more fun alternative to buying it. Start by mixing a cucumber with a cup of oatmeal, mix in a tablespoon of yogurt and leave on your skin for 30 minutes. You will notice your skin looking more radiant than ever. |
